Nobuhle Chama
CEO
Nobu Chama is the Founder and CEO of Nobuhle Foundation. Hailing from Ndola the heart of the Copperbelt, Nobu an orphan herself was drawn to God at a very young age when she discovered her purpose in Christ. Nobu grew up with a deeply rooted compassion and hunger to touch the lives of the less privileged and to bring them to the knowledge of God because God is love. Nobu is a people builder and is very passionate about helping people become all God created them to be. Her God-given ministry of “bringing joy to humanity” began in July 2022. Nobu Chama has qualifications in Information Technology with demonstrated working experiences in Customer Care Support, Leadership, Marketing & Sales and Relationship Management. Her goal in life is to become everything God created her to be, and to fulfill her purpose and assignment to the best of her abilities. In her personal life, she loves reading and meditating on the word of God, travelling, taking nature walks, cooking and spending quality time with family.
Mofya Chama
Deputy CEO
Mofya I. Chama, a seasoned Process Engineer with a Master's Degree in Project Management, is a valuable asset to the Nobuhle Foundation. With a focus on coordination, communication, time management, logistics, and resource allocation, he ensures the successful completion of projects. Chama's proficiency lies in a unique blend of strategic planning, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, which have propelled him to excel in his role as a project manager. His wealth of experience comes from working in various large organizations, where he has actively contributed to the development and implementation of numerous project plans, strategies, and timelines. Currently leading projects for a distinguished Freight Forwarding Company, Giovanni is characterized by his commitment to excellence and a strong belief in the transformative power of strategic initiatives. Holding a degree in Business Finance from H.U in Malaysia, his academic foundation is complemented by extensive coursework in investments, finance, and business, enhancing his ability to navigate the intricate landscape of the business world. Beyond his academic achievements, Giovanni's hands-on experience in diverse industries further solidifies his standing as a seasoned professional. His dedication to the Nobuhle Foundation's vision is deeply rooted in the belief that investing in the well-being and education of children is crucial for a brighter future. With over 8 years of experience in the NGO sector and more than 10 years in the private financial sector, Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her expertise and qualifications uniquely position her to offer exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the business world. Brenda is characterized by her visionary, passionate, dedicated, self-driven, result-oriented, and focused approach. Eager to contribute her skills to the Nobuhle Foundation, she finds joy and fulfilment in adding value to people's lives, guided by the Holy Spirit. Her diverse experience in both the NGO and private financial sectors reflects a well-rounded skill set that she is ready to apply to further the mission and objectives of the Nobuhle Foundation.
